Puppy Tales - Coded Reader

Puppy Tales, the classic Phono-Graphix coded-text chapter book, is now in beautiful book form! The original stories are fully updated, and the adventures of Snuffy Puppy continue in an all new chapter: 'Puppy's First Day of School'. 

Delightful illustrations will draw your students into each of the four short chapters. The coded text, showing every word separated into sound pictures, will render the nature of the English written Code transparent and make it possible for many students to read who might not otherwise be able to.

This storybook is targeted to new/emerging readers working on multisyllable management, but can be used with any student at any level using the 'Buddy Reading' techniques described in the Phono-Graphix instruction manuals.
